The Czar's Illness.
THE PATIENT DYING. HIS FAMILY SUMMONED. SENSATION IN VIENNA, BERLIN. AND PARIS. (PBB PRESS ASSOCIATION.) St. Petersburg, October 19. It is reported that tbe Czar is sinking, and his family has been summoned to Lovadia. The medical bulletin admits there is a chauge for the worse and feebleness of the heart increasing. The physicians have prepared the Czarina i for the worst. The news has caused a deep sensation in Vienna, Berlin, and Paris. Princess Alix starts for Livadia today. It is expected she will be prirately married shortly. London, Oct. 19. To : day's news from Livpdia states there is no improvement in the Czar's condition. '
