FOREIGNERS ORDERED TO QUIT PEKIN. I»RB PBKS« ASSOCIATION i. Shanghai, October 17. Twenty-five thousand Chipese are entrenched on the Yalu. The Japanese are awaiting the arrival of heavy artillery before attacking them. Vague rumours are current in Shanghai that the Japanese have captured Port Arthur. All foreigners have heen ordered to quit Pekin.
