Jackumn — such urea being part of tbe Mount Steward Riding, and to be known as the Oroua Special Rating District — lo pay interest and sinking fund on a loan of £250, to be raised under the provisions of " The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1886," for protecting the Bank of the Oroua River ; such rate to be an annually-recurring rate for 26 years, payable in one instalment on Ist Jnuary in each year.
