JPKB PEBSB ASSOCIATION l. Wellington, This Day. The Court of Appeal opened this morning. All the judges except the Chief Justice were present. A number of fresh cases were set down, bringing thetota to sixteen. Judge Richmond, on behalf of the Bench, informed the barristers that judge would no longer receive typewritten statemennts on tissue paper.
