In the Legislative Assembly, a aiotion to introduce a Bill providing that members should forfeit a portion of their honorarium for absence from divisions was thrown out on the voices. The rabbit plague is assuming serious dimensions in the Western Distriots. This Day. The information received of the loss of the Lady Robinson at the Gilbert group turns out to be incorrect. The vessel made a prolonged passage, which caused the rumour of her loss to be started. This Day. A reef has been discovered near New Bridge, in the Bathurst district, the prospect from which gives 2 ounces to the the dish.. A quantity of stone sent to Sydney for treatment is expected to yield 100 ounces to the ton.
