Sad Fatal Accident.
(i?tfß PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Wellington, This pay. William Ay res, laborer, emplpyed wbite washing the inner wall of the Government Insurance building, fell off a scaffold 40 feet and fractured his skull. He died almost immediately. A piece of .wofld which kept the platform in position apparently drew out of the window to which it was fastened and caused the plank to slip. He was married but had no family.
