(Per Press Association). Wanganci, Tlii« Day. The charge against James Bailey for breaches of the Bankruptcy Act in abponding from his creditors was heard at ib* District Court to-day. The jury returned a verdict of guilty. Judge Kettle stigmatised the con--duct as disgraceful and seuieuce4 him to nine months' hard labor.
