The Masterton Suicide.
(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) MasterTon, September 5 The suicide of Mr W. Alexander (as announced iv last night's Star), builder and contractor, at Masterton, caused a painful setisafciou iij northern Wairarapa where he was well k&owh and highly respected. The deceased had been out of work for somo time and was rather depressed though ho was in fairly good circumstances. He left a note addressed to his wife, stating his intention to kill himself, and a search revealed the body hanging in the liable by the neck.
