[Pee pbess association 1 Wellington, August 31. Mr John Murray has issued a circular to the shareholders of the Bank of New Zealand, recommending them to elect Messrs W. Booth, M. Kennedy, T. G. McCarthy, R. Glyn, and Hon W. Johnston as Directors. He describes them as eminently qualified for the position. It is understood that Mr Glyn only intends to act temporarily.
