o (Por Press Association) Auckland, August 81. Mrs-. Enden, wife of the licensee of the Waitemata Hotel, contemplates standing for Grafton ward at the Municipal elections. Mr Powley, the sitting member has offered to retire in her favor. She has a good deal of city property, and is a woman with much force of character;. H^r opponent will be Mr Richhacl Garlick of Garlick and Lyons.
