(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION). Wellington, August 29. The Supreme Court dismissed th appeal of the Lougburn Freezing Com pany against Douglas, with ten guinea costs. Douglas sued the Company fo £1 00 for alleged wrongful dismissa and was nonsuited, and the Company appealed on the ground that the ver diet should hav<> been for them, ant nonsuit granted. Tbe Chief Justice held that th< Magistrate had discretion to refus< judgment in favor of the Company anc to allow Douglas to take his case be fore a jury. The case will therefor* be taken before a jury in the Supreme Court. Mr Skerrett appeared for th« appealants and Mr Baker for the re spondent. _____^
