THE above Council, being desirous of raising the sum of £260 by way of Loan, under the provisions of the above Act, hereby publicly notify — 1. The particular purpose for which the money is required is to pay cost of protecting the bank of the Oroua River, on the Fetlding-Awahuri roadside, between these two places. 2. The total sum proposed to be borrowed for such purpose is £250, cost of raising the said loan to be paid out of tbe money so borrowed. 3.
