Russian Squadron in the Pacific
[PER PRESS ASSOCIATION..! St. Petersburg, August 23. The Government deny the report given currency in Shanghai early in the month that eight Russian ironclads, with troops on board, left Yladivostock under sealed orders. It is admitted that it is intended to reinforce the Russian squadron in the Pacific by nine warships.
