| Per Press Association. ! Brisbane, This Day. A long debate has taken place on the motion to establish compulsory Conciliation Boards. Mr H. Tozer opposed the motion, which, he declared, was not calculated to promote peace. He had a passage at arms with Mr Glassey, who accused him of burning papers on the last strike. Mr Tozer, in replying, made reference to the stolen papers, and added that Mr Glassey was mainly responsible for the labor troubles. The Norwegian Sealer.
