(PBK PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Mobocco, August 20. The Kabyle tribe has defeated the Sultan's troops in an engagement at Mazagan, a seaport one hundred and twenty miles S.W. of Cape Spartel. The Sultan's troops suffered heavy loss. Tbe revolt is extending. London, August 20. Owing to the continued disturbance in Morocco H.M.S. Bramble, stationed at Gibraltar, has been ordered to Tangiera.
