NOTICE is hereby given that the following Special Order was adopted at a meeting of this Council on Saturday, 21st instant, and it is proposed to confirm the same at a Special Meeting to be he'd on SATURDAY, 25th August :— Ppoposed Special Order : That for the payment of interest on a loan of £2571, to be raised under " I he Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886," for construction of Kiwitea Cross, Peepo'-Day, and Bluff Roads. Special "Rate of Bid in the £ be hereby levied on the following sections within tlie Apiti Riding, viz. : Sections 1, 2, 8, 59, 60, 65, 72, 70, Block VI, Apiti Survey District ; sections 56, 57, 58, Block VII, Apiti ; sections 5 and 7, Block IX, Apiti ; sections 13, 14, 17, 18, 22, 28, 24, 25, BlocK X, Apiti, Such rate to be annually recurring for 26 years, and be payable in equal instalments on the Ist days of April and October in each year.
