50,000 JAPANESE TROOPS ON THE MARCH. MANCHURIA TO BE ATTACKED. [PKB PBE9S ASSOCIATION.! London. Aueust 16. The plan of the proposed international intervention in Corea attributed to England is officially denied by the Government, Shanghai, August 16. The Chinese deny that an engagement took place between them and the Japanese on Saturday. There are now 50,000 Japanese troops in Corea, and it is gravely proposed to march to the conquest of Manchuria.
