Several Senators stand shares in the profits which the Sugar Trust expect to make out of the Senate Bill. Senator Wilson asserts that under the Senate's Bill the Sugar Trust will make an immediate profit of £8,000,000. The Senate's Tariff Bill will become operative on the 26th instant unless the President's signature is attached at an earlier date.
