SEIZURE OF AN INFERNAL MACHINE. THE POLICE ON THE ALERT. (PER FUESB ASSOCIATION.) London, August 15 An explosion occurred to-day in the New Cross post office, believed to be caused by bombs. Four hundred French and Italian Anarchists have arrived in England. Numerous detectives, under Inspector Melville, are watching the London resorts of these gentry. Rome. Aueust 15. The police have seized an infernal machine in Rome. It was intended to blow up the Premier's house in revenge for the coming execution of Santo.
