Serious Accident.
(Per Press Association) Melbourne, August 14. A building in the Eas era Arc »de un. (forgoing repairs collapsed this mornme, One man was killed and several others were buned in the debris Search is being made for the victims'. Three workmen have been rescued from the collapsed building in a badly injnred condition. The victim was a passerby named Hannah. There were tnauy narrow escapes, and among the list was the Hoc W. A. Zeal. President of the Legislative Council.
