An Important Judgment.
I Per Press Association. I Dunkjmn, This Dav. In the Clutha licensing case Judge Williams held the plaintiffs were entitled to recover from the several defendants the amount expended in running the election in the proportions named in the case stated. In Beechani v. Hanlon he gave judg meat for plaintiff for £150 damages and ordered an injunction to issue.
