(PEB PBESS ASSOCIATION.) Pabis. Ausust 13. The majority of the Anarchists were discharged as it was not proved that they belonged to any criminal society. Two were convicted of robbery and sentenced to eight and fifteen years respectively. The Anarchists were tried under the old law. The French police have wared the St. Petersburg Bureau that dangerous Anarchists are arriving in Russia, with intent to blow up tho Czar because no amnesties haee been granted iv honor of his daughter's wedding.
