Oats.— The market is without animation, and although a better feeling prevails in the South we do not anticipate any material alteration in prices. Potatoes. — Fair business has. been done during the week in extra prime, samples, but stocks of other descriptions are heavy, and considerable; dif-j ficulty is experienced in effecting sales.
