♦ ... - (Per Fjkbss Association. | Brussels, August 5. The trial of the thirteen prisoners of the body known as "The Black Rand," who were charged with murdering a number of railway pas* sengera within the last 18 months, was concluded yesterday. Three of the gang were sentenced to death and the remainder to terms of imprisonment varying from two to twenty years.
