The Stock Market.
The Egmont Farmers' Union, Limited, Hawera, report as follows: — Our monthly horse fair was held on Saturday, the 22th ult., when we had a good entry of horses of useful classes. We quoto: -Draughts, £22 10s to £30 10s; hernesß horses, £12 Ids ; hacks, £12 12s 6d. We held our stock sale at Manaia on Wednesday last. Quotations : Mixed yearlings, £1 14s to £2 2s 6d; store cows, £3 7s 6d ; heifers, in calf, £3 9s to £4 3s 6d ; springers, £3 7s 6d to £5 ss. Daring the week we disposed of some large lives of sheep and cattle privately.
