The liquidators of the Mew Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company have applied to the Court for an order compelling the new Company to pay the costs involved in the proceedings against members of the old Board to recover amount of dividends paid out of capital. I Justice WiWams adjourned the appli. cation untn Wednesday, in order to enable the new Directors to reconsider their opposition.
