I Per Press Association.! Sydney, This Day. The Fanners' Conference passed a resolution to the effect that, pending the creation of a State Bank, it is desirable to establish a Credit Foncier, for the purpose of lending money to farmers at a low rate of interest. The Cabinet has decided to take the verdict of the House as to whether it shall continue in office. It is expected that Parliament will meet on the 7th August. The creation of a new batch of Legislative Councillors is on the tapis.
