(Per Press Association.) London, July 20 In the House of Commons, Mr John Morley, in moving the second reading of a Bill to reiustato 4000 evicted tenants, said that the Irish Church Fund would be able to provide a quarter of a million of money for the purpose. Colonel Sanderson lias moved an amendment that the Bill be read six months hence.
