(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION) LOND'N, Jtllv 20 The Directors of the Trust and Loan Company propose to give the debentureholders a specific charge on the uncalled capital in addition to a floating charge on the assets. There is a movement in Scotland in favour of the deposit conversion scheme. Depositors have already offered the Trust half a million sterling. It is expected that the first million will be issued next week.
