The Corean Difficulty.
THE LOYALISTS TROOPS DEFEATED. (Per Press Association.) Washington, July 19. President Cleveland has again offered to mediate in the dispute between China and Japan with regard to Corea. Hong Kong, July 19. Thirty thousand Corean rebels captured the capital of Glove, and defeated the Loyalists. The Chinese have despatched reinforcements for the protection of the Chinese settlers.
