The Labor Riots in the States.

(PEB PBESB ASSOCIATION.) Washington, July 17. The members of a company of militia have been arrested at Chicago for mutiny. They declined to serve against the strikers. It is expected that one consequence of the failure of the strike will be the disappearance of the Bail way Union. The Pullman Palace Car Company's operatives have resumed work at tho old rate of wages.
