60 RAILWAY PASSENGERS MURDERED. (Per Press Association.) Brussels, July 17The trial of thirteen members of a body known as tbe " Black Band " has begun at Brussels. They are suspected of murdering sixty railway passengers within eighteen months. 'The leader has confessed.
