Perier-Diepoy and Bindeau and other prominent states men, and also demolish public buildings by means of new bombs of unequalled strength and size, of 6ize and shape of oranges A strong detective force is incessently on the watqh. The police authorities having reason to believe the Anarchists intend to make an attempt to kidnap Madame Pierer, wife of the President, the Chamber and Senate are closely guarded. The precaution adopted are similar to those in a citadel during war time,
