NEW CRICKET RULES. BANK DIVIDEND. MARKING COLONIAL PRODUCE. COLLAPSE OF A STRIKE. (PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) London. July 11 The Marylebone Cricket Club has unanimously decided that a side shall follow if their score be 120 below their opponents of a three days' match, or 80 if a two days' match. The new rule will come into operation next season, but the Club expects the Australian players will adopt i it next season. Lord Onskrw's Committee upon the marking of colonial and foreign produce advises a further trial of the Merchandise Marks Act before fresh legislation is introduced. The Committee also suggest the coutinuance of onquiry into the question of marking. The Union Bank of Australia declares a dividend of six per cent, and carries forward £15,000.
