An Outside Opinion of New Zealand Politics.

(Per Press Association.) MkLboubme, July 9. The Age publishes a lengthy review on the Legislative History of New Zealand, which states that it may be summarised under the head of three years advanced Liberalism and its results. The article speaks in unstinted praise of the late Hon. John Ballance and the Hon. Mr Seddon, and commends the adoption of the minimum wage by co-operation in connection with public works. With the excep tion of a brief reference the article expresses no opinion of the policy as regards the Bank of New Zealand.
