ISSUE OF THE NEW CAPITAL. (PEB MESS ASSOCIATION.) London. July 3. The Bank of New Zealand has dei cided to issue the whole two millions and is consulting Sir W. Perciral as to whether now or the* late autumn is likely to be the most favorable time. The Bank of New Zealand directors, after seeing Sir Westby Percival. cabled to New Zealand in favour of the proposals. They regard two millions as ample to meet the needs of the bank.
