THE STRIKERS CAPTURE A POSSE OF OFFICIALS. (Per Press Association.) Washington, July 2. The leaders in tbe railway dispute declare that it has developed into a fight between unionism and capitalists. July 3. The President has ordered the troops to arrest the leaders of the strike on a charge of conspiracy. The strikers captured a posse of 250 marshalls and 75 sheriffs' deputies who had been sent to Blue Island to rescue the captured trains.
