More Nihilists' Plots.
♦ (PER PBESS ASSOCIATION.) St. Petersburg, June 26. A mine was found near a church at Borki, which the Czar was expected to consecrate. A number of bombs and infernal machines were also discovered in a cellar at St. Petersburg. It is reported that twa Cabinet Ministers are compromised by the disclosures.
