| Per Press Association.! Stdnkt, June 26 Parliament has dissolved, and the general election will be held on July 17th. The dissolution came as a surprise. It was .unexpected before July 10th. Mr Reid considers it a bit of sharp practice, intended to confuse their opponents. Three men, Robinson, Woolf and Andrews are being charged with a breach of the Printing Act in publishing a " Handbook to Anarchy " without an imprint, the book was written by Andrews, who is the leading Sydney Anarchist. Advices from Noumea report the consecration of a Roman Catholic cathedral, which was conducted with great cere-, mony. Archbishop Redwood and other prelates were enthusiastically received. News has been received that natives of one of the Islands attacked and overpowered the crew of the German labor vessel Senta, and murdered the mate and 2 blacks besides wounding 10 others.
