The Barraba Murder.

BOTH PRISONERS SENTENCED TO DEATH. (PEB PKKSS ASSOCIATION.) Symsey. June 22. At the Barraba murder trial the Judge in summing up held that Cuinming was an accessory before and after the crime. The jury fouud both men guilty of murder. Counsel for Cummiug raised a point for the decision of the full Court that the Judge was wrong in directing the jury that there was sufficient evidence that Cumming was an accessory. Sentence of death was passed on both men, Cummiug saying to the Judge, " And may the Lord have mercy on 3'our soul for sentencing au innocent mau to death ! "
