Frozen mutton — First quality, 4d, market depressed; second quality, d^d. Hemp is unchanged. Sugar — Best German beet, 12s 4Jd ; Java, 14s, flat. No. 1 best Scotch- pig iron, f.o.b. in Clyde, 41s 10|d.
