The Bank Robbery at Christchurch.
A BANK OFFICIAL THE THIEF. (PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Cjiristciiurcii, June 22. A few days ago it was reported to the police that a sum of £500 had been stoleu from the Natioual Bank. This afternoon Hugh H. Rich, teller in the bank, gave himself up at the police station and confessed to having stolen the money. He will be brought before the Police Court to-morrow.
