ASCOT GOLD CUP. (PER PRESS ASSOCIATION! London, June 21. At Ascot to-day, the Gold Cup was won by La Flcche, Callestrate 2, Cypria3. (Per Press Association.) Napieb, June 21. The Hawke's Bay Jockey Club and Hunt Club meetings have been postponed till Thursday and Friday next week, and the Trotting < lub's till Wednesday, owing to the bad weather that is prevailing. The following acceptances were re* ceired for the June Handicap: — Prairie Grass, Bay King, Spinfeldt, King John, Waterhly, Link, Musketeer, Jewel, Samoa. Goodwood, pingo, Salisbury, .Brown Bell.
