Serious Charge against a Sea Captain.
— < (PEB PBESS ASSOCIATION.) \ del aide, This Day. The captain of the ship Chittagong has resigned the command, and the men undertake to carry out the terms of the articles. The information charging the crew with mutiny was, therefore, withdrawn. One of the apprentices proferred a charge of incompetency against the captain, which the whole of the crew confirmed.
