A married daughter j who had come to visit him, cut the body down, but life was found to be extinct. He had not been missed very long.; i Cbbistchurch, June 19. : At the inquest touching the death of , Mrs Annie Atkinson, aged 54; who died I on Saturday from the effects of a dose of , " Rough on Rats," a verdict that de~ . v ceased died from arsenical poison, self, administered while temporarily insane, , was returned. , ; Dcnedtn, June 19. . The man who committed suicide at r Catlin's was named Charles Henderson. , He appears to have deliberately set fire, to the tent, and then shot himself with a fowling piece. When found, the body was pat tly consumed by fire. Deceased was a village settler, and has been much depressed of late because it is alleged he could not get work, although others were being sent from outside districts to work close at hand.
