Saunders, a publican at Johnson - ville, was fined £5 for refusing to supply meals to travellers. The schooner Sovereign is ashore near Castle Point. Napier, This Day. Dennis Lynch has been found drowned in a creek at Ongaonga. New Plymouth, This Daj. William Gorram, an elderly man, dropped dead this morning in Courtenay street. Gorram and his wife came here from Auckland, but originally lived in Nelson.
