Loan and Mercantile Company.
THE OLD DIRECTORS TO BE SUED. (I'EB PRESS ASSOCIATION t London. June 15 Justice Williams has directed Mr Stewart, Official Receiver, institute civil proceedings against the old directors of Loan and Mercantile Company to recover the amount of dividends paid out of capital.
