The Victorian Rifle Association has approved of a proposal to send a team of 11 men to :he Bisley meeting next year. Mr Patterson 6ays Sir George Dibbs' unification proposal is a most important one, and deserves verj' careful consideration by the Cabinet at the very earliest opportunity. The Minister of Railwajs thinks that New South Wales has always been the aggressor in the differential railway rates, while Victoria has simply been acting on the defensive.
