NOTICE is hereby given that is the intention of this Council, at a meeting to be held on SATURDAY, the 23rd day of June, instant, to levy a General Rate of three farthings in the •£ on the whole of the rateable property as appearing on the Valuation Roll in force for the year ending 31st March, 1895. | Also, that it is the intention of this Council to strike a separate Rate of three farthings in the £ over the whole of the rateable property within the Apiti, Hautapu, Kitnbolton, and Makino Ridings, and one half-penny in the £ in the Oroua, Ongo, and Waituna Ridings.
