Loan and Mercantile Company.
[TEE PBESS ASSOCIATION 1 Auckland, June 13. The General Manager for the Now Zealaud Loan aud Mercantile Agency Company is in receipt of a telegram from London, intimating that the application already received from shareholders for shares in the new Company represent a total of new capital available exceeding 1*60,000. The business of the Company will be resumed on Monday, 18th inst.
